History

IP Solutions was founded in 2001 with the objective of giving our customers better service, support and account management than the bigger providers were able to deliver. We quickly established a solid customer base of large corporates who wanted to improve their telecoms and reduce their costs. In 2005 we began to broaden our service offering and invest in hosted technology, which was starting to emerge at the time. One of the first organisations we helped take advantage of this new technology was the homeless charity Refuge — and they're still a client today.

As early adopters of hosted technology, we supplemented our organic growth with key strategic acquisitions to strengthen our knowledge and experience in particular areas. Today, we're working with a record number of high-profile clients in the not-for-profit and professional services sectors, and we're one of the largest providers of VoIP in the UK.
